Traffic backed up after three-vehicle crash at Rolling Acres Road and Lake Ella Road

Traffic was backed up after a three-vehicle crash Tuesday night at the intersection of Rolling Acres Road and Lake Ella Road.

The crash happened at about 5:45 p.m.

Traffic was backed up after a crash at Rolling Acres Road and Lake Ella Road.

The busy thoroughfare was heavily backed up as a result of the accident. Lake County sheriff’s deputies and Lake EMS were at the scene.

That intersection is a notorious cut-through with traffic burgeoning, particular at this time of year.

A Lady Lake commissioner is threatening to vote against a proposed 7-Eleven after what he says are broken promises for funding for improvements to Rolling Acres Road.
