The Villages needs more upscale restaurants like Blue Fin

To the Editor:

With 125,000 residents and more to come, upscale restaurants are warranted. Please NO MORE fast food or make-believe country clubs. Fred K., please open more like the Blue Fin where you have to dine at 4 p.m. to get a seat.
