While I can appreciate you pointing out Bad Parking, maybe someone just made a mistake …we all can make a mistake.
I happen to know that the photos you posted at Havana Country Club were the employees’ cars. They are so very crowded that, in order to provide more customer parking, they are having their employees park all together that way.
