“Dancing With Our Stars” will take its third turn around the dance floor Tuesday to raise money for Dollars for Scholars.

Consuelo and Rey Inovero

”Dancing With Our Stars 3” is based on the popular television show. The sold-out Villages version of the show will be held Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the La Hacienda Recreation Center.

Four Villages’ couples will compete for the trophy. A panel of judges will pick the winner and audience participation will help make the decision.

Dress is casual and those attending will be allowed to dance between the numbers performed by competitors.

Regardless of who wins “Dancing With Our Stars 3,” it’s the students who benefit.

“There are no losers,” Zurak has said. “We’re all raising money to help needy students get an education. That means we’re all winners.”

Rey and Consuelo Inovero, of the Village of Woodbury, danced their way to victory in last year’s competition. And Villagers Jim and Carolyn Hutchens celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary by winning the inaugural competition in 2017.
