The Amenity Authority Committee and the Project Wide Advisory Committee will hold a joint workshop at 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, at the Savannah Center to discuss raising the cap on amenities fees in The Villages.
The meeting is open to the public and residents will have an opportunity to offer their comments.
Last week, Project Wide Advisory Committee members were presented with a 10-year budget forecast and it seemed to convince several members that the “deferral rate” on amenity fees will have to be lifted.
