A Pennsylvania native was arrested after a complaint about drug dealing in The Villages.
Michael Joseph Dimaulo, 40, is facing charges of possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following his arrest Tuesday night by Sumter County sheriff’s deputies.
Dimaulo’s red van was searched and 22.64 grams of marijuana, .54 grams of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia were discovered.
The former resident of Fairless Hills, Pa. was arrested on felony drug charges and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug equipment.
The Village of Rio Ponderosa resident was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center and released after posting $5,000 bond.
Dimaulo had been arrested in 2017 after he was spotted driving a non-Street Legal golf cart across U.S. Hwy. 27/441 in The Villages. Â Â
