Howard L. Ostrander, 96, of the Orange Blossom Community, passed away Saturday, April 6th, 2019. Howard will be laid to rest alongside his wife, Jo Ann, in a family plot at Steamburg Cemetery in Steamburg, N.Y. during a private family service at a later date.
