Richard Joseph Trzcinski, 80, of The Villages, Florida, passed away April 18, 2019, at The Villages Regional Hospital, The Villages, Florida. He was the husband of Carolyn Trzcinski for 55 years.
He was born in Chicago, Illinois, a son of the late Edward and Mary Trzcinski. He was a Veteran of the US Air Force. Prior to his retirement he was a Quality Assurance Manager in the Energy industry.
After retiring, Rich spent time on his passions – family, golf, fishing and his enduring belief the Bears would find a quarterback and the Sox would get some pitching. He managed to see all his passions realized.
Richard is survived by his wife, Carolyn, and sons, Timothy Trzcinski (Michele) of Bradenton, FL, and Todd Trzcinski (Yvette) of Waukesha, WI. He is also survived by his brother, Edward Trzcinski of Dyer , IN, and sisters, Rita Jaworski of Berwyn, IL, Beverly Zubrzycki of Oak Lawn, IL, and joins his sister Bernadine Pond. He is the proud grandfather of Karsten Trzcinski, Garrett Trzcinski, and Connor Trzcinski. Fond Uncle of many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd, The Villages, FL 32159 on Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM followed by a Prayer Service at 2:00 PM and reception at 3:00 PM. Interment will be at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
