Music in Motion recently made a sizable donation to its charity of choice for the year.

The group donated a portion of the proceeds from its popular show, “Broadway Meets Hollywood,” to Villagers Life Care Advocates, which was formerly known as Villagers for Hospice. That president of that group, Villager Arlene Bentz, gladly accepted the $7,500 donation.

“Broadway Meets Hollywood” was held at the Savannah Center in February and featured lavishly costumed showgirls in sequins and feathers parading onto the stage and dancing in the style of Ziegfeld Follies. That was followed by hits from Broadway musicals and memorable Hollywood movie scenes – all brought to life in song and dance.
