The gate operations at the entrance to the Village of Fenney and the entrance to the Village of DeSoto have been upgraded from construction mode (the gate automatically opens upon approach) to the user-activated system (requires the vehicle operator to use your gate access card or push the red button to activate the gate).
Motorists are asked to reduce speed and use caution when approaching all gates.
