Goodwill store coming to new shopping center on U.S. Hwy. 27/441

Another tenant has been announced for Lady Lake Commons Shopping Center on U.S. Hwy. 27/441 in Lady Lake.

The Benchmark Group of  New York, developer of the property, has announced that a Goodwill nonprofit retail thrift store chain focused on vocational rehabilitation of disabled individuals will occupy 24,920 square feet of the shopping center. The shopping center is currently undergoing site preparation at the southeast corner of the intersection of Hwy. 27/441 and Fennell Boulevard.

This follows news of other tenants, including Earth Fare, a health and wellness supermarket specializing in natural and organic foods, and a Miller’s Ale House restaurant.

Benchmark has been responsible for bringing numerous businesses to Lady Lake, including Stein Mart, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond and Sam’s Club.
