A driver leaving the Adult X Mart Supercenter with her husband was arrested on a drunk driving charge.
Lindsay Elizabeth Henry, 25, of Summerfield, had been driving a gray 2014 Chevy Malibu with North Carolina plates shortly after midnight Sunday on State Road 44 near Interstate 75, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. She did not have the car’s headlights turned on.
The vehicle turned into the Pilot gas station on State Road 44. The deputy noted the strong odor of alcohol coming from Henry and the vehicle. An 8-ounce can of Miller Lite was in the car’s cup holder. A small silver metal flask also was found in the vehicle.

Henry said she and her husband had been at a party where “they had smoked a marijuana blunt,” the arrest report said. Henry told the deputy they were leaving the Adult X Mart Supercenter when he stopped them.
She struggled through field sobriety exercises and provided breath and urine samples. The breath samples showed readings of .039 and .038 blood alcohol content.
She was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center and released after posting $1,000 bond.
