Complaints about lawn ornaments should come from within the neighborhood

To the Editor:

I have no problem with someone making a complaint about something in a homeowner’s yard. We all want our yards to look nice. The complaint should be filed by someone who lives in that neighborhood and when they call to complain, they MUST give their name, address and phone number. That would alleviate a lot of calls from trolls who go from neighborhood to neighborhood making complaints.
