Area residents encouraged to participate in Fruitland Park’s Trick or Trot 5K race

Fruitland Park’s annual Trick or Trot 5K Family Fun Run will be held this Saturday – and participants are encouraged to don their favorite costumes for the event.

The race begins at 8 a.m. at Fruitland Park Elementary School, located at 304 Fountain Street. Those who haven’t already pre-registered can sign up Saturday morning beginning at 6:40 a.m. The cost to participate is $30 and all ages are welcome.

Proceeds from the race will benefit the elementary school and recreation programs in Fruitland Park. Call (3523) 360-6734 for more information.
