Surrounded by family, our beloved father and champion, Joe Miller, passed on October 23, 2019 in The Villages, FL.
Joe is survived by his wife, Elaine; daughters, Julie Reed (Brent) and Lisa Riley (Keith); 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
