Congressman Daniel Webster is giving full credit to President Trump for the job creation that soared in the United States during the month of November.
“Since Day One, President Trump made it a priority to remove unnecessarily burdensome regulations that were crippling job and wage growth and hurting American small business owners. Today’s results are proof our economy will prosper when you have leadership sending the clear message America is open for business and government gets out of the way of hardworking Americans,” said Webster, a Republican who represents The Villages.
There were 266,000 new jobs added to the market in November, according to the Labor Department.
Wages are up 3.1 percent from a year ago for private-sector employees and up 3.7 percent for nonsupervisory and production workers – a post-recession high.
Unemployment is at a 50-year low, Webster pointed out.
