David Bussone, of the Village of Sanibel, was elected to the office of president of the Florida Society, Sons of the American Revolution, during the Society’s Annual Meeting in Orlando on Saturday, June 13. His term will end in May of 2021.
Bussone was the founding president of The Villages Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution. Since 2016, the chapter has grown to more than 100 members. The Florida Society has approximately 2,500 members.
Bussone was installed by Allen Greenly, Vice President General of the Sons of the American Revolution, South Atlantic District.
