Meldon Law hosting grand opening celebration for new office

When Jeffery Meldon started his law firm in 1971, he opened a small office serving the community in Gainesville, FL. Now, 50 years later, his firm has grown to serve Gainesville, Ocala, Lake City, Inverness, the entire North Florida region, with a satellite office in Ft. Lauderdale that serves the Tri County area. He and his law partners are trial lawyers, litigators, and negotiators that concentrate in car accidents and personal injury, medical malpractice, DUI/criminal defense cases, and more.

Their dedicated attorneys fight for justice for the victims of accidents and medical malpractice, wrongful death, negligence in slip and falls, and dog bites and serious injuries. They also fight to protect the rights of individuals charged with DUI and other criminal charges. An established regional law firm, they are dedicated to giving every single one of their clients the resources, expertise, and time that they deserve.

Throughout the years, Meldon Law has worked tirelessly to grow it’s foothold in North Central and Southern Florida all while keeping it’s client’s best interests in mind. While the law firm has grown and won millions of dollars for its clients, Meldon Law has never stopped investing in the community. Whether it means providing meals for first responders during the pandemic of 2020, donating to Veterans and Veteran Organizations through its Veterans Making A Difference Program, or sponsoring student athletes with a weekly scholarship award. Since Jefferey Meldon first opened his doors, giving back to the community has been a pillar of his success and he continues to do so now, even as his community has spread from a small college town in North Central Florida to almost half of the state.

Meldon Law recently became the only official law firm partners of the Florida Gators. The partnership has already enabled the Meldon Law offices to give away tickets to each of the Gators sporting events, with winners given tickets to football games, gymnastic meets, volleyball matches, and both baseball and softball games. Meldon Law and the Florida Gators both know that the key to winning is preparation, teamwork, and never backing down.

The success of Meldon Law means that they are poised to better serve their clients and they are showing their commitment with a bigger office in Ocala to serve Marion County. They’ll be hosting a grand opening on Wednesday, June 16th from 4:30 to 7:00 pm at 1326 S. Pine Ave. in Ocala. The festivities will include free food and drink, live music, giveaways, prizes and special guest appearances from the Florida Gators mascots Albert and Alberta and the HBC Steve Spurrier. The event is free and open to the public. Come celebrate with Meldon Law, the only official law firm partners of the Florida Gators!
