Vicky L. Rahe, 73, The Villages, FL, passed away peacefully after an extended illness on March 22, 2025, consoled by her husband.
A Graveside Celebration of Life, services and burial for the immediate family will be held at Oakdale Cemetery, 1290 W. Fifth St., Marysville, OH 43040 on April 26, 2025.
Vicky graduated from Winchester Community High School in Winchester, Indiana, earned her associate degree in business degree at the Dayton Business College. She married Ronald Rahe, the love of her life, on August 31, 1974 in Dayton, OH. Vicky went on to earn a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Texas, El Paso. Vicky and Ron moved to The Villages in Florida when they retired. She enjoyed playing golf, and driving her golf cart down the paths. She loved spending time with family and friends, arts and crafts, but most of all traveling. She loved whale watching, snorkeling and photographing the many places she visited. Before her illness advanced too far, Vicky was fortunate enough to visit the top of her bucket list “The Great Barrier Reef.” Vicky and Ron are the original members of FANNED for their neighborhood.
Vicky is preceded in death by her father, Nile Ralph; brother, Mike Ralph; sister, Connie Ralph and both paternal and maternal grandparents and several Aunts and Uncles.
Vicky is survived by her brother, Terry Ralph; Karen of New Albany, Indiana; 3 sisters: Denise Wallace, Mike of Winchester, Indiana; Mary Kay Miller of Winchester, Indiana; Tanya Hiatt of Sun City Center, FL. In addition to several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be given to The Parkinson’s Society or the Dementia Society.
