Daniel Joseph Tufanisco passed away May 14, 2025 surrounded by loved ones.
On August 11, 1948 Danny was born to father Nicholas Daniel Tufanisco and mother Mae Glaser. Danny served in the Navy from 1967 to 1970, he also fought in Vietnam.Danny worked for the Transit Authority in New York City for 30 years.
Danny was loved by all who was lucky enough to come in contact with him. He has made many friends throughout the years and some became family, which gave Danny many nieces, nephews and Godchildren.
Danny had many memorable sayings Iike “six of one – half a dozen” but here’s the “punchline “ and “The Kicker”.
Danny will be missed dearly.
Memorial Mass will be held on June 10, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. at St. Timothy Catholic Church 1351 Paige Pl, Lady Lake, FL. Burial of his cremated remains will follow at Florida National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m.
