A Lady Lake woman was arrested for trespassing when she returned to RaceTrac an hour after being warned to leave and not return.
An officer observed the driver of a silver passenger car, later identified as 50-year-old Jennifer Lynn Pettis, as he entered the RaceTrac Parking lot, located at 423 N U.S. Hwy. 27/441, around 7:40 a.m. Saturday, May 17, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department.
A check of Pettis’ license revealed she had been trespassed from the property at 6:25 a.m. that same day. She was subsequently arrested with incident, the report said.
The New Hampshire native was charged with trespass after warning and transported to Lake County Jail. Bond was set at $1,000.
