1979 – 2025 The world got a little quieter, and less colorful, on June 9,2025, when Leslie Calciano, age 46, left us far too soon.
Known for her compassion, sense of humor, and ability to find beauty in unexpected places, Leslie made strangers feel like friends and friends feel like family. She gave generously of her time, energy, and love, often more than she had to spare. Leslie loved to make people laugh. Really laugh. The kind that starts with a snort and ends in tears. Creativity was her passion. Whether it was through crafting or the way she decorated a room, she had a gift for transforming the ordinary into beauty.
For all the light she shone outward, Leslie often struggled to find it for herself. Life’s dark corners weren’t always easy on her gentle heart. Her memory will live on in every burst of laughter, every loved song lyric, every act of unexpected kindness. We’ll miss her always and will carry her heart in ours. Remember her with a song, a kindness to someone in need, with joy and with humor. She wouldn’t want it any other way.
