David Andrew Seidel
David Andrew Seidel

David Andrew Seidel, otherwise known as Andy, passed away into the arms of Jesus peacefully on June 9, 2025 after a courageous fight against cancer. Andy was born October 17, 1958 in El Paso, Texas to David and Barbara Seidel. Andy and his parents moved to Florida soon after and Andy spent most of his life in Pinellas County, Florida. After spending a year traveling in an RV while his wife worked as a travel nurse, Andy moved to Alabama for 7 years before retiring back to the Villages, Florida in 2021.

Andy loved family, sailing, deep sea fishing, skeet shooting, gardening and watching his son play baseball; as well as reluctantly loving the Auburn Tigers. He could fix anything and, if he didn’t know how, he would You Tube it until he did! He was always ready to play golf or pool with friends.

Also, he was willing to lend a hand to anyone in need of it. He volunteered at a thrift store in Wildwood and was a passionate supporter of Wounded Warrior Project and Tunnel to Towers.

Andy is the beloved son of Barbara Seidel, the devoted husband to Cindi Seidel for 38 years, a proud father to Matthew, and a loving brother to MaryAnn Ege and Kathy Seidel Smith. He is loved by his in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Andy loved life and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him!
