Elora-Rose Nicole Carter of Lady Lake, FL, passed away on June 11, 2025. Elora-Rose was born on October 24, 2023 in Louisville, KY, to her loving parents Joshua Michael and Lindsay Dawn (Welch) Carter.
Elora-Rose was a beautiful, sassy and loving little girl. She absolutely loved the water, having daddy dance parties, snuggles with her mama and watching Bluey with her loving brother Colton “Bubby”. Elora-Rose will be missed dearly by her family.
Elora-Rose is survived by her parents: Lindsay and Joshua Carter, her siblings; Colton Jutz and Amelia Carter as well as a baby brother on the way, Wyatt Dean, and her grandparents: Susan and Leon Welch and Melinda Miller and Michael Carter.
