To the Editor:
I believe age requirements should be enforced. Many issues are arising from adult children being in their parents’ house. Drugs and alcohol may be one issue as an example. I think children should be 55 or over to be Villages non-owner residents. All others should need a guest pass with a 90 day maximum.
Young grandchildren who lost their parents due to a car accident should be exempt. The board can rule on a case by case exemption.
These are just my thoughts after reading the article.
