Patricia Carol Carter, 69 of Webster, Florida passed away on August 3, 2025.
She was born September 3, 1955 to Otis and Frances Howard. Patricia enjoyed scrapbooking, her cats, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Patricia is survived by daughters: Donna burton of Mascotte, Florida, Renee Carter of Webster, Florida, Son; Terry and daughter- in- law, Tabatha Carter of Webster, Florida. Grandchildren; Courtney, Jacob, Nicholas, Alex, Madison, Blaine, Xavier, Gabriel and Chesny. She was preceded in death by her parents Otis and Frances Howard: Siblings: Wayne Howard, Joseph Howard, Otis Howard Jr., Charles Howard, Claudia Thomas, Mary Crenshaw and Diane Soufal.
A visitation will be held at Faith Baptist Church on August, 14, 2025 from 11:00am to 11:30 a.m. with the service to follow after at 11:30 a.m.
