A seasonal resident is in trouble again for lack of lawn maintenance.
The home owned by Dalia Tel Tzur at 1411 Holly Hill Ave. in the Village of Liberty Park was the subject of public hearing Friday morning before the Community Development District 5 Board of Supervisors at SeaBreeze Recreation Center.
A complaint was received May 2 about overgrown grass and weeds at the property. Tel Tzur, who splits his time between The Villages and Pennsylvania, said he had contracted with a lawn care company, but “maintenance was not being performed as agreed,” according to testimony presented by Community Standards.

This is not the first time Tel Tzur has run afoul of Community Standards. He was in trouble in 2024 due to weeds at the property. He purchased the home in 2023 for $347,000.
As a result of the most recent violation, Tel Tzur was given seven days to bring the property back into compliance. If he fails to do so, he will face fines.
