You are uniquely qualified to ensure 55,000 of your constituents are not injured directly or indirectly by the liquidation of “The Village Health System, LLC” assets through Chapter 11 Bankruptcy proceedings. The 55,000 referenced are clients of “The Villages Health System, LLC” Whomever replaces “The Villages Health System, LLC” must provide all of the services currently provided by the “The Villages Health System. LLC” at the same patient costs. Less for more should not be a negotiated outcome.
More broadly, all recipients of Medicare services need your support ensuring no assets of “The Villages Health System, LLC, will be transferred to new owners until Medicare has recovered all of the overcharges generated by and paid to “The Villages Health System, LLC” Including any penalties incurred.
