
Quay Lott, 91, of Wildwood, Florida, passed away on September 7, 2025, in Wildwood.
Quay was born in Wildwood, Florida to Thomas and Ida Word on April 23, 1934. She is a graduate of Wildwood High School. She married Cleon Lott on April 1, 1951, in Georgia. She worked as a teacher’s assistant at Wildwood Elementary School. Quay was a member of First Baptist Church of Wildwood for many years teaching Sunday School, singing in the choir, and serving on various committees. She treasured her volunteer work at Caring Hands Ministry, a food and clothing pantry, in Wildwood, Florida.
Quay is preceded in death by her husband Cleon who passed away in 2000.
Quay is survived by her son Greg Lott of Fruitland Park, Florida and daughters Nancy (Lott) Spaulding of Denton, Texas and Susan (Lott) Ragan of Sorrento, Florida. She is also survived by five grandchildren (Stephanie, Jamie, Andrew, Ryan, and Kyle) and six great-grandchildren (Ashley, Angela, Cade, Jett, Stone, and Skye).
Quay Lott’s Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 2:00pm at First Baptist Church of Wildwood, Florida.
