To the Editor:
Unless someone is going to front millions of dollars to fix Morse Boulevard, it is not going to happen. The road was designed for less traffic, and to fix it now is way too much money anyone is will to pay. We all know it needs dedicated cart paths on both sides, and an additional car lane each way. But, what we have now, is what it is going to be.
