Robert Steven Skoczen, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, went home to the Lord on July 29,2025 unexpectedly from heart failure with wife Simone by his side.
He went to Brecksville High in Ohio and was drafted into the Army as a Combat Engineer in Vietnam and received an honorable discharge in October 1968. Robert was a highly successful salesman and ran his own agency Heavy Duty Marketing in New Jersey. He was awarded a cruise for top salesman of the year and went on to enjoy many cruises thereafter.
Robert was a passionate fisherman and lived in Long Key in the Florida Keys for twenty years. His most remarkable personality traits were his sacrificial love for his family, his strong Christian faith, and his wonderful ability to be great fun. He is survived by his wife Simone, his two daughters Kristin and Kimberly, and grandsons Gideon, Gabriel, Sam and Trystin. He was the love of my life.
