A habitual traffic offender was arrested for driving with a suspended license after a crash at the entrance to Buffalo Ridge Plaza in The Villages.
A deputy responded to a traffic crash involving 29-year-old Isabel Carmen Nadal of Belleview at the entrance to Buffalo Ridge Plaza around 7:25 a.m. Thursday, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.

Nadal described the crash to law enforcement and stated she knew once it happened that she was in trouble. Not only has her license been suspended, but she is also classified as a habitual traffic offender and said she knew she should not be driving, the report said.
She was arrested on charge of driving while license suspended (habitual offender). She was transported to the Sumter County Detention Center and released after posting $2,500 bond.
