An automotive repair shop will be built along the south side of Cleveland Avenue (County Road 466A) about a third of a mile west of Powell Road.
At a meeting Tuesday of the Wildwood Planning and Zoning Board, Special Magistrate Lindsay C.T. Holt approved a special zoning exception to allow construction of the shop.

Wildwood’s zoning code allows automotive repair shops under a special exception in a central mixed use zoning district.
The 5,372-square-foot shop will offer engine repair, transmission services, tune-ups, battery replacement and tire rotating, balancing or replacement.
All services will be done inside and the exterior will be used only for temporary parking.
A restaurant also is planned on the site.
Dwight and Irish Wolf, owners of adjacent property, complained in writing that the developer, Wildwood Oaks LLC, has not cleaned up damage to their property.
Holt said her approval of the special exception does not prevent neighboring property owners from asserting their rights.
