A New York-style bagel restaurant chain will open an eatery in The Villages.
Jeff’s Bagel Run will be coming to Southern Trace Plaza, in the location that was the longtime home of Giovanni’s Ristorante & Pizzeria.
Jeff’s Bagel Run originated in Central Florida and grew into eight locations. The new restaurant in The Villages is part of a five-unit development agreement with franchisees Rob and Teresa Shuffield. Jeff’s Bagel has also expanded into North Carolina, most recently opening a location in Charlotte.
Jeff’s Bagel Run is known for its freshly baked bagels, a wide variety of house-made whipped cream cheeses, and craft coffee.
An opening is anticipated in spring 2026.
