Janet Hope Baird born February 8,1971 passed away on November 13, 2025, in Summerfield, Florida.
She was predeceased by her father, S/Sgt. Robin Baird on 10/1/2019 and her loyal and loving dog, Heidi Fogg.
Janet is survived by her husband, Tim Fogg, her new dog and best friend, Bella Fogg, mother, Karin Logan, sisters, Claudia Muller, Sandra Baird, niece, Megan McGee, nephew, Alexander Buckus, aunt, Patricia Baird and many cousins in Germany, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Quebec.
After graduating from Mariner High School, Everett, WA. Janet followed her love of the ocean and enrolled in the Seafarers Harry Lundeberg School of Seamanship, Piney Point, Maryland, obtaining the rank of 2nd Mate Navigator.
In her spare time, prior to her recent illness, Janet enjoyed many outdoor activities involving soaking up the sun at the beach, boating and alpine skiing.
Funeral services to be held in January 2026 for a burial at sea with a memorial to follow at a later date.
