Marilyn Kaveny, 79 of Oxford, Florida passed away on November 28, 2025. She was born in Burnt Hills, New York on April 23, 1946, to Ralph and Georgia Palmer.
She was a very fashionable, kind, intelligent woman. She was Catholic in her faith. She was a swim instructor in her younger years and enjoyed teaching children to swim. She was a Home Economics teacher and a business owner of the Singer Sewing Machine Business called “Sewing Services” in Albany, New York.
She is survived by nephews: Adam (Jennifer) Nims of Hartford, New York and Chad Nims of Queensbury, New York. He was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Kaveny; nephews: Adam (Jennifer) Nims of Hartford, New York and Chad Nims of Queensbury, New York. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Robert “Bob” Kaveny.
