The woman had called law enforcement on Dec. 9 when Weaver showed up at her home and began pulling on a locked screen door. Weaver, who stands 6 feet tall and weighs 280 pounds, was yelling and demanding to speak with the woman. When the woman approached the door to speak with Weaver, he used his finger to poke her in the nose through the screen. She closed the interior door, but Weaver continued to pull on the screen door, ultimately bending the exterior door frame. Damage was estimated at $250. The woman dialed 911, but Weaver fled before deputies arrived on the scene.

When he returned on Monday, he was arrested on charges of burglary, battery and criminal damage to property. Weaver, who was identified by his Georgia driver’s license, was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center and released after posting $5,250 bond.
