All 27 holes of the Havana Championship Golf Course will be completely reopened this week in The Villages.
The renovation of the course began this past April. The Kenya and Hemingway nines reopened in November and the last section to reopen, the Kilimanjaro nine, will reopen on Monday, Jan. 12.
The renovation has included new greens, tee boxes and fairways. In addition, bunkers and landscaping were upgraded.
Not all Villagers are happy with the changes at the Havana course.
