A Villager has been given seven days to pressure wash mold from his driveway.
The home of Eric Berg at 3423 Melissa Lane in the Village of DeLuna was the subject of a public hearing Monday at the District Office at Brownwood.
On Oct. 1, a complaint was received about mold on the home and the driveway.
During a conversation with Berg, Community Standards was informed that he was going to hire someone to do some pressure washing for him. During an inspection this past week, Community Standards found that the home had been pressure washed but the driveway “remained dirty.”

At the hearing on Monday, Berg was given seven days to pressure wash the driveway and bring the home into compliance. If he fails to do so, the District will pressure wash the driveway at a cost to him of $250 with an additional $100 administrative fee.
Berg also has a pending court case after skipping out last year on a tab at Lollygaggers Sports Grill in Wildwood.

He had a Bloody Mary, a Classic Reuben sandwich and a Blue Moon draft beer, but then claimed he’d left his wallet at home. He used profane language and left the bar. When officers arrived at Berg’s home, the New Jersey native was disheveled and his shorts were unzipped. He appeared to be intoxicated.
