Ingrid Christa Ingram, 86, died peacefully on December 24, 2025. surrounded by her loving family.
Ingrid was born in Augsburg, Germany on March 12. 1939. Her parents were Karl Heinz Grune and Theresia Baeuerte. Her sisters were Marika Grune Hartmann and Gabriele Grune Gebauer. Her brother was Heinz Grune.
Ingrid met Donald Ingram when he was serving with the United States Army in Germany. They were married in Augsburg on August 11, 1961.
Ingrid loved animals, especially her cat, Sassy. She enjoyed working in her garden and playing Mah Jongg and the card game Romme.
She is survived by her husband Donald Ingram, her daughter Sabine Ingram Rivette and her granddaughter Madeline Rivette.
As an army wife Ingrid lived in France, Belgium, Germany, North Carolina, Georgla, New York, Texas, Tennessee and Missouri. She and Donald moved to The Villages, Florida in 1992.
Ingrid was interred at Florida National Cemetery on January 12, 2026.
