Upon arrival, the deputy met with the female owner of a black and white trailer. She stated she was sleeping in the bed inside when Brady woke her up. He became angry, which led to a verbal altercation between the two, the report said.

Brady then grew very angry, forcibly grabbed her left wrist and pulled her left arm behind her back. He threatened to break her arm, so she retreated and walked outside to contact law enforcement. The report noted she had no marks or bruises left on her at the time, the report said.

The deputy then talked to Brady outside the trailer. He seemed to be under the influence of illicit substances due to his slurred words, glossy eyes and the smell of alcohol on his breath, the report said.

The Wisconsin native was ultimately arrested for battery and booked at the Sumter County Detention Center.
