Another multi-million dollar commercial property near The Villages has changed hands.
The Spruce Creek Terrace Shoppes, a multi-building retail and office center located at 17860 SE 109th Avenue in Summerfield, was sold for $13,475,000 on Friday, Feb. 27.

The property was sold by 2275 Biscayne Holdings LLC and Palms Property Management LLC to Spruce Creek RBG LLC. According to state records, Spruce Creek RBG LLC is owned by Robert and Libby Grisham of Springfield, Missouri.
Constructed in 1998, the Spruce Creek Terrace Shoppes offers 42,220 square feet of leasable area across a large, multi-acre parcel shared surface-level parking with dedicated turning lanes on U.S. Highway 441.

Although the center was formerly anchored by Sam’s St. John’s Seafood Restaurant, that location has since shuttered and been replaced by Campo Azul Mexican Kitchen.
In addition to the Mexican restaurant, the plaza features a mix of other businesses that include Bombay Bistro, Space Station, King Garden, K-Rae’s Salon, and Wing Stop, among several others.

The sale of another commercial property comes on the heels of two other large-scale, multi-million-dollar sales near The Villages.
In January, Better Times RV Community in Lake Panasoffkee was sold to a Tampa-based management group for $3.05 million.
In late December, Inter Continental Real Estate Development acquired a property along County Road 470 for $12.4 million.
