To the Editor:
The Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1036 was formed 16 years ago in the Villages. We grow in membership every year and now the largest Chapter with 1065 members in the country. We donate to seventeen (17) organizations and charities in the local towns and counties. We cannot do this without the support of YOU. With the many businesses that support our goals, we are VERY grateful for their continuous support.
This weekend, Saturday, we will be at Lake Sumter Landing celebrating the arrival of Lt. Dan and his band, an extreme supporter of veterans.
When you see us at the square, stop by to say hello, make a donation or buy some raffle tickets. We are always looking for new members that served during the Vietnam era so ask for an application. We all look forward to seeing you at the event and we do Thank You in advance for your support.
