Poh, who stands 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 275 pounds, had been drinking alcohol when he pushed the older man into a corner of the laundry room. Poh, who was described as “emotional,” refused to let the other man leave the laundry room. The older man asked a witness to call 911. A recording was made of the altercation and the older man could be heard saying, “Don’t touch me, don’t touch me.”

The incident was described in the report as “domestic in nature.”

Poh was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center and released after posting $2,000 bond.
