Something needs to be done about dog owners who can’t control their dogs.
My dog was violently attacked at the postal station in Silver Lake by two dogs.
The owner could not control them and had them on long leashes. My husband had to fight them off. Our dog was badly injured requiring multiple wound care with staples and meds for several days.
He is traumatized and not himself.
The owner did not acknowledge her dog caused the injuries. We were not able to get any information from her. My husband also was injured trying to protect our dog. If you can’t control two dog physically, don’t walk them together. And if your dogs are aggressive, keep them away from others.
We are out $450, but worse is the pain and suffering my dog has to endure.
