To the Editor:
When the hell are you guys going to get off your butts and start doing something about illegally parked cars and handicapped spots taken up by people who don’t have a handicap placard? Stop showing us pictures of the cars or carts. How about putting on boots so they can’t move and must pay a fine to get them removed?
It’s not rocket science, boot a few cars and pin publicize it, see how fast the problem fixes itself.
