U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a hold on a man from Nicargua who was arrested for driving without a license.

An officer spotted a silver pickup truck with a completely tinted windshield heading east on Central Parkway at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department. Due to this, he stopped the vehicle near Marsh Bend Trail and spoke with the driver, 21-year-old Deivin Orlando Tinoco Castro.

He showed clear signs of deception and nervousness, such as avoiding eye contact, speaking very softly and stuttering, when asked for his driver’s license. The officer took note of this and asked him to step out of his vehicle. He then admitted that he had never gotten a driver’s license, the report said.

A check with dispatch revealed there was no record of Tinoco Castro. He later advised that he had been in the United States for about two years and four months without a license. He could provide only an identification card from Nicaragua, the report said.

Tinoco Castro was arrested on charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. He was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center. He will be turned over to ICE.
