Fans of President Trump camped out overnight ahead of his visit to The Villages.
Trump is scheduled to speak at 3 p.m. today at The Villages High School at Middleton. Doors don’t open until noon.

More than 17,000 tickets have been issued for the event, to be held at the Buffalo Sports Complex which has a stated capacity of 3,000 seats. Overflow seating is expected, but it will likely not have direct access to the president.

The first people began lining up around noon Thursday.
Meanwhile protesters are also staking out their positions this morning and are said to be eager to send a message to Trump.
The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office has repeatedly warned that traffic in the area will be extremely heavy.
