
Linda Sue Robbins Denby, 57, of Lady Lake, Florida passed away on May 5th, 2026 after her more than year long battle with neuroendocrine cancer.
Linda was born on October 17th, 1968 to Gene and Carol Robbins in Seymour, Indiana. She received her Bachelor of Science from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky where she was a sister of Chi Omega.
She moved from one small town to another in 2005 where she lovingly and wholeheartedly raised her family in Lady Lake, Florida. Here, she grew a career for herself and was a valued and loved employee of Dean and Dean, LLP for more than 15 years.
Linda was an avid sports fan, having a favorite team for nearly every sport, and was often seen wearing one of the various team shirts. If it wasn’t a sports game on the tv, Linda loved watching MASH, NCIS, and Bones.
Linda loved her kids and always pushed them to be their best selves. She supported them in their many endeavors from baseball and bowling to band and art and quickly became “mom” to everyone in these groups.
She is survived by her her children Conner, Makayla, and Cameron Cockerham and Chris and Nick Denby; and sister Barbara Leffler. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Rick Denby.
