How can The Villages keep building homes while our water is disappearing?

To the Editor:

It is mind boggling to understand how The Villages can continue to build so many homes considering the water resources are falling rapidly. Who would be in charge of this situation? I feel there should be some type of building restrictions in place to protect our water resources today and for the future.
